We collect only necessary data: technical usage logs, checkout email, session identifiers, subscription metadata, and essential operational logs.

Data Minimization

For the current service scope, we do not maintain a proprietary persistent user-profile database for core access flows. Pro access is primarily validated against Stripe subscription status.

Payments

Payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. RatePilot does not store full card numbers.

Main Third-Party Processors

We rely on essential infrastructure providers: Stripe (billing and payments) and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, security, and email routing). Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Purpose

Data is used to deliver Pro access, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Retention

Data is retained as required for operations, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and tax compliance.
